We were blown away by this resort. The grounds are so beautiful and we really appreciate how many trees are at the resort - rather than just concrete pads. The trees and landscaping are just beautiful and add some much appreciated shade. Great staff and spotless facilities.The choice of activities is impressive and the abundance of information via text and the app is next level. Awesome spot for a getaway or long-term.

Just spent 9 nights here in July 2026 in a pull thru RV site. 2 adults, 3 teens. The sites. Nice level concrete pads on all. Some more spacious than others but all are pretty nice. They didn’t clear cut the land when building so there are still plenty of nice mature trees. Some sites have shade while others don’t have any shade at all though. One side of the park runs against I 10 so imagine there’s some highway noise. We were in the C section and didn’t hear anything at all. The bath house. Very very nice. Always clean. Spacious stalls and showers. Could’ve used a 2nd hook in shower stalls but overall very nice and air conditioned too. The pool area. Very very nice. Clean pools and clean deck. 1 adult pool, 1 family pool with hot tub, lazy river is long, slides and splash areas. All are very nice. We spent most of our time in lazy river. Bottom of lazy river is a little rough and it’s only 3’ deep so easy to drag knees. May want to wear water shoes. You can also bring your own float with a back rest if you prefer which is nice. Lots of umbrellas and covering for shade too which is nice. We have been to places before that have like 5 umbrellas and no to little shade which is not great in FL. Splash had a ton of shade options. The food. Lots of food options, fairly reasonably priced. Good hours. We enjoyed everything we ate. A virgin Daquiri was $8 which I thought a little high, basically a red solo cup size, but other alcoholic drinks compared to restaurant prices. The activities. Lots of planned activities for kids and adults. Schedule published in advance. Nightly music. It was very nice to have so many options. Very nice playground too and lots of bench swings hung from the trees around the pond to sit in and relax. We didn’t fish, but saw many fishing. Overall it is a pricier park per night but you get what you pay for and we thought this was well worth it for a long vacation. We are from Tampa area and have been to most resort style campgrounds in central FL, Fort Wilderness is still our fave, but Splash is now 2nd favorite; it definitely beats Margaritaville, River Ranch, and Canopy Oaks if you’ve been to any of those.

This was our first Splash experience! It was fantastic beginning to end! Everyone is so kind and all the activities offered for kids was a nice surprise! We already booked for next summer! Best campground we’ve been too! Great job and thanks for many memories!

If you have a family traveling this is a great spot because there is lots to do on the resort. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. We will come back for sure in the future.

This place is perfect in every way! Everyone is SO friendly. The cabins come fully equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The facilities are SO very clean as well. We thank you for a wonderful vacation !!
