AI Chat Assistant

Our website offers an automated chat assistant (an AI chatbot) that helps answer common questions about the resort. When you use it:

  • The messages you send and the assistant’s replies are saved so we can operate the service, understand what guests ask about, and improve our answers.
  • We do not save your name, and we do not store your IP address next to your messages. Each conversation is tagged only with a one-way, anonymized code.
  • To deliver the chat and to help block automated abuse, we use Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address for that purpose.
  • We keep chat records for up to 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.
  • Please do not type sensitive personal information into the chat, such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information. To make a reservation or share payment details, please use our secure booking page or call us at (850) 600-8500.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Chat records are kept for up to 12 months and are then automatically deleted.
