General Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay

    • Age Requirement: RV sites, wagons, and cottages must be reserved by a person age 21 or older. This adult will be responsible for the actions of their guests during the stay.
    • Wristbands: We kindly ask that all guests wear their wristbands at all times. It's our way of making sure everyone enjoys our amenities safely.
    • Campsites: Each site can accommodate only one camping unit. For RV sites, the RV should be present and ready to camp for check-in.

Conestoga Wagons welcome up to 4 guests. Additional guests are not available for cottages/wagons due to occupancy restrictions.
    • Trash Service: Enjoy our complimentary valet trash service from 8 AM to 6 PM. Simply place your trash by the street, but please wait until after sunrise to keep wildlife away.
    • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, except during Splash special events. Excessive noise and profane language will not be tolerated and can be cause for eviction from the resort. Use of golf carts, bicycles, and scooters is not permitted during quiet hours.
    • Children's Curfew: We kindly ask that all children are at their campsite by 10 PM, unless we’re hosting a special event.

    • Music: We want everyone to enjoy their stay, so please keep music within your site. Personal sound systems are welcome, but we kindly ask that they not be used in the pool area.
    • Campfires: You’re welcome to have campfires in designated areas. We ask that ground fires be avoided, but feel free to use personal fire pits that are elevated and contained. If you need firewood or the perfect S’mores ingredients, our Camp Store has you covered!
