Minimum Night Requirements: Cottages and Wagons require a 3-night minimum stay during summer weekends. Outside of this period, a 2-night minimum is generally required. For possible exceptions, please contact the office.
Day Passes
Splash RV Resort does not offer standard day-pass access. Instead, there are several ways to enjoy the resort: stay overnight in one of our cottages or wagons, or book a Park and Play option when available. Park and Play lets guests reserve one of our RV sites without an RV to enjoy access to the resort and water park for the day, typically starting around $99 per day and including up to 4 guests. Pricing varies based on dates and occupancy.
Park and Play is generally only available in the fall, as higher occupancy during peak seasons limits availability. To check availability, please call our office at (850) 600-8500.
Guests visiting without an RV are also encouraged to check out our cottages and wagons for an overnight stay!
Inclement Weather or State of Emergency Policy
If the National Weather Service issues a hurricane or tropical storm warning affecting Splash RV Resort, or if a state of emergency is declared for Santa Rosa County, guests may change or cancel reservations without fee. If the reservation is rescheduled during times of higher nightly rates, you will be charged for the difference.
The Splash team will be in contact with all guests affected by National Weather Service or County emergency warnings. The park will close completely only under mandatory evacuation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of the arrival date will receive a voucher in the full amount of the reservation for a future stay, valid for 1 full year from the issue date. Please make any changes to your reservation in advance of that 72-hour window as refunds and vouchers will not be available after that time.
For guests cancelling an extended stay RV site reservation (1 month-long or more) 30+ days from the scheduled arrival date, you may choose between a voucher for the full amount of the reservation valid for 1 full year from the issue date, or a refund (minus a $500 extended stay cancellation fee).
Vouchers/refunds are not available for early departures.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring in outside guests?
All guests must be part of a reservation to access Splash; outside visitors cannot be invited in. Cottages cannot host more guests than the unit sleeps. RV sites are limited to 8 guests total: 4 are included with your reservation, and up to 4 additional guests can be added for $20 per person, per day for the length of your stay.
Does Splash have cabins for guests?
Yes! Splash offers 34 luxury cottages for our guests. Cottages sleep up to 6 and contain a full kitchen with luxury finishes.
Do the wagons have heating/AC?
Yes! Our luxury Conestoga wagons comes equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Do the wagons have bathrooms?
Our wagons do not have plumbing. There are four private wagon bath houses located a very short distance away for maximum convenience.
Are day passes available for purchase?
Splash does not offer day passes. When occupancy allows (typically outside of peak season), guests can book a Park and Play, which is our most affordable RV site reserved without needing an RV. This gives your party day access to the resort. Availability is limited and changes often, so please call the Welcome Center at 850-600-8500 to check.
Are the pools heated?
All pools are heated with the exception of the lazy river. The lazy river at SPLASH is not heated, but it is open year-round!
What time is check-in / check-out?
For RV sites: check-in is at 2PM. Check-out is at 11AM. For cottages and wagons: check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM. We cannot accommodate early check-ins to the amenities if your unit is not ready. For early check in information, or to see if your unit is ready, please call the office on your arrival date.
Are golf carts available for rent? Are outside golf carts allowed?
Yes! Golf carts are available for rent for your stay and can be added to your reservation during the online booking process. Only guests with a valid driver's license, 18 years and older, may operate a golf cart. Outside golf carts and LSVs are not permitted. Only Splash-rented carts may be used in the resort.
Does the water park cost extra?
No, use of the water park features is included in your stay.
Do you have WIFI?
Yes! Our wifi is named "SplashRV" and you do not need a password to join the network.
Do the cottages include linens?
Yes, all necessary linens are provided in each cottage.
How many wristbands are included for my reservation?
Wristbands are included with every reservation.
RV Sites: Include 4 wristbands. Up to 4 additional wristbands may be purchased for $20 per person, per day for the length of your stay.
Cottages & Conestoga Wagons: Wristbands are included for the maximum occupancy of the unit (either 4 or 6 guests, depending on the accommodation). Additional wristbands are not available for purchase.
Can I make purchases with my wristband?
Yes, your wristband may be used to make purchases at any on-site amenity.
Do you allow "cargo conversion" trailers or specialty vehicles?
Cargo conversion trailers are typically not permitted at Splash RV Resort, even with full hookups. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like your unit reviewed, please email photos of all four sides to [email protected] for approval before booking
Do you offer a Good Sam discount?
Yes, Good Sam members get a 10% discount. Discounts not stackable or valid with monthly or weekly rates.
Where do we leave wristbands after our stay?
There are wristband return stations at the exit of the park, welcome center, and breezeway.
What are the height requirements for the waterpark?
Guests must be 48" tall to ride the waterslides. The lazy river does not have a height or age requirement. The inflatable waterslide is for guests 47" or shorter and is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Is there an age limit on RVs?
RVs older than 15 years must send pictures to [email protected] for approval.
Are you able to have electric scooters or e-bikes?
E-bikes and scooters are allowed but must obey street rules and the 7 MPH speed limit throughout the resort. For everyone's safety, speeding is taken seriously. Repeated warnings about speed may result in loss of scooter privileges or removal from the resort.
Is the park open year-round?
Yes, Splash is open year-round. We offer extended seasonal packages from August-February.
Do your RV sites and cottages have cable?
RV Sites have complimentary high-speed WiFi for streaming. All cottages and wagons have DirecTV & complimentary streaming WiFi.
Can we fish in the pond?
Yes, our pond is stocked with bass and bream for catch and release fishing.
Are tent sites available?
Tent camping is not permitted at Splash.
Are pets allowed at Splash?
Pets are allowed in RVs. Pets are also allowed in select cabins with payment of $200 pet fee. Pets are not permitted in non-pet cottages or without payment of pet fee. Pets are not allowed inside buildings or the water park.
When are quiet hours at the park?
10 PM - 7 AM.
Do I have to be in a tube for the lazy river?
Yes. Tubes are required for guest safety and to maintain the relaxed pace of the lazy river.
How do I use a voucher to make a reservation?
A voucher can be used within one (1) calendar year from the issue date by calling the Welcome Center at 850-600-8500.
What are the local attractions?
Our Welcome Center has resources available to recommend and help you choose from many great local attractions in the surrounding area! We also have a list of local restaurants and things to do in Milton, Navarre, and the surrounding areas available at the link below.
Do I need to wear my wristband?
Yes, wristbands help identify registered guests. Wristbands also allow for purchases to be charged directly to your stay.
Are pool towels provided?
We recommend bringing your own pool towels. If you forget one, you're welcome to check one out at our complimentary Towel Swap station. Towels are available as guests return them, so availability may vary. If a towel isn't available, pool towels can be purchased in the Camp Store.
Does Splash have on site food and beverage options?
Yes! Splash has 3 custom food trucks offering options from breakfast all the way through dessert, plus drink options from our Tiki Bar to the Biergarten. During the summer, we may also host visiting outside vendors, like the Krispy Krunchy Chicken truck, for even more variety.
Is there a pet limit?
We have a limit of 3 pets per cottage, wagon, or RV site.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
There is a minimum 3-night stay requirement during major holidays. This includes Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends.
Are tubes for the lazy river provided, and can I bring my own float?
Yes, all tubes for the lazy river are provided free for guests. Guest may bring their own floats for the pools, as long as they are not oversized.
Does the golf simulator cost extra? / How do I book the golf simulator?
Our golf simulator is available to rent by the hour and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Pricing varies by season and resort occupancy, so please call the Welcome Center at 850-600-8500 to check current rates and reserve your time.
What should I do with my trash?
Valet trash service is available from 8am to dusk daily. Please place your bagged trash at the end of your site near the street. Due to wildlife, please do not place trash outside before sunrise or after dusk.
Where is lost & found located?
Splash has two lost and found locations, the Camp Store and the Welcome Center.
General Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay
- Age Requirement: RV sites, wagons, and cottages must be reserved by a person age 21 or older. This adult will be responsible for the actions of their guests during the stay.
- Wristbands: We kindly ask that all guests wear their wristbands at all times. It is our way of making sure everyone enjoys our amenities safely.
- Campsites: Each site is limited to one camping unit. For RV sites, the RV must be present and ready for use at check-in. Campsites should be left in their original condition, with no alterations permitted. Any signage, including advertising, requires explicit written approval from Splash management. Flags are allowed as long as they do not contain profanity or inappropriate material.
- Parking: Each reservation includes two parking passes. Both vehicles must fit entirely on your site’s concrete pad. We cannot allow parking on the grass or roadway. RV sites have irrigation throughout, so please secure any belongings that can’t get wet (TVs, electronics, etc.) overnight. Vehicles parked on grass will be asked to move. Boats, trailers, and additional vehicles must be parked in overflow parking outside the gate / at the front of the resort. Please talk to the Welcome Center for accommodations.
- Guest Registration: We ask that all guests be registered with us. RV site registration provides access to resort facilities for up to 4 family members. Up to 4 additional wristbands can be purchased for $20 per person, per day for the length of the reservation. Our cozy cottages can host 4-6 guests, based on the sleeping capacity. Conestoga Wagons welcome up to 4 guests. Additional guests are not available for cottages/wagons due to occupancy restrictions.
- Trash Service: Enjoy our complimentary valet trash service from 8 AM to 6 PM. Simply place your trash by the street, but please wait until after sunrise to keep wildlife away.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, except during Splash special events. Excessive noise and profane language will not be tolerated and can be cause for eviction from the resort. Use of golf carts, bicycles, and scooters is not permitted during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). Any golf cart, bicycle, scooter, or e-bike operated after dark must have working front and rear lights for the safety of all guests. Lights are available for purchase in the Camp Store if needed. Riders without proper lighting will be asked to stop until daylight.
- Children’s Curfew: We kindly ask that all children are at their campsite by 10 PM, unless we’re hosting a special event.
- Golf Carts & LSVs: Only guests with a valid driver’s license, 18 years and older, may operate golf carts within the resort. Please note that outside golf carts and LSVs are not permitted for use inside the resort. Only Splash-rented carts are available for guest use. All vehicles, golf carts, e-bikes, and scooters must observe the 7 MPH speed limit throughout the resort. Repeated speeding warnings may result in loss of privileges or removal from the resort.
- Children: We love having children at the resort! However, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please keep an eye on children, especially around moving vehicles, bikes, and scooters.
- Waterslide Guidelines: To ride the waterslides, guests must be at least 48” tall. For the lazy river, there is no height or age requirement, everyone is welcome! Our inflatable waterslide is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and it’s open for all to enjoy.
- Music: We want everyone to enjoy their stay, so please keep music within your site. Personal sound systems are welcome, but we kindly ask that they not be used in the pool area.
- Campfires: You’re welcome to have campfires in designated areas. We ask that ground fires be avoided, but feel free to use personal fire pits that are elevated and contained. If you need firewood or the perfect S’mores ingredients, our Camp Store has you covered!
- All guests must sign a participation and liability waiver prior to arrival. Guests who do not wish to sign may cancel and receive a full refund.
- Credit Card Surcharge: Please note, a 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding!
Guest Identification Policy: To maintain a safe and secure environment, all reservations at Splash RV Resort must be made under the guest’s legal name as shown on a valid photo ID. Guests staying 30 days or longer must verify their identity by emailing a copy of their ID before arrival or presenting it at check-in. Accepted IDs include a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID card. Identification is used only to confirm identity and prevent fraud. Copies are stored securely, and within accordance of guest privacy laws. By booking, guests agree to provide accurate information and consent to this verification process
Pool Guidelines
- Adult Supervision: A parent or guardian must accompany children under 14 years old while using the pool. Adults are responsible for ensuring children follow all pool rules. Diving is not permitted.
- Pool Safety: For everyone’s safety, please follow all posted pool rules and listen to staff instructions. Water activities are at your own risk.
- Flotation Devices: To keep the pool area safe, we ask that you not bring large flotation devices like rafts or floats.
- Breath-Holding Games: For safety reasons, breath-holding games are not allowed in any of our pools or attractions.
- Attraction Guidelines: Guests must meet the required height, weight, and swimming ability to enjoy all attractions. Some guests may be restricted due to certain physical limitations.
- Coolers / Ice Chests / Outside Food: Coolers and Ice Chests are not permitted inside the fenced area of the pool deck due to liquor / food licensing. There is a picnic area located right outside the fenced area near the playground for guests to enjoy any outside food / beverage.
- Save the Chair Policy: To ensure a great experience for all guests, unoccupied pool chairs may not be reserved with towels or personal items for more than 30 minutes. If a chair appears unattended, a place card with a timestamp will be placed on the items. After 30 minutes, if the chair remains unoccupied, belongings will be collected and held at the lodge for pickup. Thank you for helping us keep seating fair and enjoyable for everyone.
Pet Policy
- Pet Care: Guests are responsible for their pets’ behavior and ensuring they clean up after them throughout the resort.
- Behavior: Good behavior is a must! Any pets that are aggressive or unruly will be asked to leave the resort.
- Leash Rule: All pets must remain leashed at all times. They may not be left tied up unattended or kept outside without supervision or overnight.
- Vaccinations & Health: All pets must be current on vaccinations and free of contagious diseases or pests. Owners are solely responsible for ensuring their pets are healthy and compliant with these requirements.
Conduct Guidelines
- Obnoxious Behavior: Obnoxious behavior, including any fighting, violent, or threatening actions, is not allowed and could result in removal from the resort.
- Resort Safety: We want everyone to have a great time, so please respect the safety and well-being of others during your stay.
